Create your Semi-Custom Agent Website in just 3 easy steps
Welcome to our easy-to-follow, website building process. We know that there’s a lot of technical details that need to be properly completed to build a website, so we’re going to make this process very simple for you.
We will provide you with a dedicated Website Development Representative to help guide you thru this process, ensuring that all the required information is properly prepared and delivered to our development team. Your WDR will be available to answer any questions you have from start to finish, and ensure that your new website will be built correctly and launched quickly.
Once you decide to move forward, your first task will be to complete the Agent Registration Form, which includes your credit card billing information and your approval for payment.
Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form, your assigned Website Development Representative will contact you and guide you thru the 2nd part of the development process – Your Agent Profile Form.
Once that process is completed, your website will be launched in just 3 weeks or less and you’ll be on your way to present yourself, your business and your listings with your new professional image.

Choose a design that you feel best represents you and the image you want your business to portray. Remember, your site will be further personalized with the photo, copy & logo you provide below.
- Provide a 100 word “Home” page introduction saved in a Word format – .doc
- Provide a 200 word “About Me” biography saved in a Word format – .doc
- Provide a Personal profile photograph of yourself – saved as a 72 dpi jpg file
- Provide your personal Logo – saved as a 72 dpi .pdf file.
- Next, you will need to select the background photo you would like to use on your HOME PAGE. These images can be found on our website under the AGENT section – Click here to preview options
